Can I purchase an amount higher than the value of the gift voucher?
Of course! Feel free to choose an amount higher than the gift voucher’s value and when you place your order, you’ll only pay the difference.
Why am I unable to use the exact value of my credit at certain restaurants?
Depending on the POS system used, some restaurants can only accept and process predefined voucher amounts. If you’re concerned about this, you can contact the restaurant in advance.
If your balance is below the minimum amount, you can pay the difference. If you choose a lower voucher value, you can use the remaining balance for a future redemption.
How long is my gift voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at any restaurant on restaurantgutschein.omr.com. If you’re unsure which restaurant to visit today, you still have plenty of time to exchange the voucher and redeem it later.
Can I show the restaurant voucher digitally?
Yes, the restaurant just needs to scan the unique QR code you receive when you redeem the BON BON x OMR voucher on our redemption page (you’ll also find it in your email inbox).
